Women’s Health

We offer a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of women’s health concerns. Pathways are delivered with specialist triage and encompass conditions such as heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain unrelated to significant ovarian pathology, pre-menstrual and menopausal symptoms, irregular or abnormal uterine bleeding (in women under 40), polycystic ovary syndrome, amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, and reduced libido. Care is also provided for dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, vaginismus, vaginal prolapse, and vulvovaginal symptoms including discharge and pruritus. The service excludes patients with suspected malignancy, those requiring long-acting contraception or subfertility investigations, early pregnancy care, and complex prolapse requiring surgical intervention following failed treatment.

Specialist triage and management for a wide range of conditions, including heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, irregular or abnormal uterine bleeding, menopausal and pre-menstrual symptoms, polycystic ovary syndrome, and vulvovaginal disorders.

Advanced Diagnostic and Treatment Options

Access to outpatient procedures such as diagnostic hysteroscopy, polypectomy, transvaginal scans, and endometrial biopsies, alongside therapeutic interventions including Mirena coil and pessary management, topical treatments, and physiotherapy support.

Clear Service Boundaries

Exclusions include suspected malignancy, subfertility or infertility assessment, early pregnancy care, long-acting contraception, and complex prolapse requiring surgical intervention beyond conservative management.
