How can I be seen by HealthHarmonie?

The first step to being seen by HH is to speak to your GP.
Contact your GP with any concerns you have relating to any of our specialities.

In your GP appointment you can mention you’d like to be seen at HealthHarmonie and if necessary, your GP will make a referral. You will then be contacted by the central referral assessment centre with your Unique Booking Reference Number (UBRN). This will allow you to then select HealthHarmonie as your provider.

Once HealthHarmonie is chosen, we will be in touch. You will receive a letter confirming your referral to our service and inviting you to book your first appointment.

Triage

A HealthHarmonie clinician will triage your referral within 48 hours.

Expected waiting times

We aim to see patients within 4-6 weeks of them selecting HealthHarmonie.

Your first appointment

This is just like a hospital appointment, we advise to bring your appointment letter, wear loose clothing, a list of current medications and what you feel is necessary relating to your referral.

Follow ups

Will be arranged by HealthHarmonie if necessary. We will keep you informed of next steps.

Medications

We will ensure you have enough medication for a month after being discharged from our care back to your GP. Your GP will have all the information they need from us to be able to continue to prescribe any long term medication for you thereafter.

Test results

Your results will be discussed with you, and your GP will be kept up to date too.
